Corazon Mumbi Kitavi

Corazon Mumbi Kitavi

With a background in the rigorous precision of internal auditing and the transformative power of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), I bring a unique perspective to coaching. My career began in auditing, where I specialized in identifying “loopholes” in systems. Today, I apply that same analytical lens to help individuals and teams identify and close performance gaps in their personal and professional lives.

I am a Certified Coach, having completed over 50 hours of advanced training with Action Factory Global (South Africa). This certification equipped me with powerful psychological tools to facilitate deep behavioral change, improve communication patterns, and foster personal accountability. My transition from Auditor at Nairobi West Hospital to coaching was fueled by a passion for helping people “audit” their own lives and unlock peak performance.

What I offer my clients is a distinctive blend of skills:

My coaching style is results-oriented, practical, and deeply transformative. Whether you’re seeking clarity, growth, or resilience, I am here to guide you toward lasting change.
Let’s work together to unlock your full potential.
